Top 3 Reasons Why I Love The Engage Network:

1. They address important issues in practical, effective ways that bring people together. What could be more important than bringing together people’s talents, ambitions and abilities in a constructive group?

2. Their name tells you exactly what they do. I don’t have the time or patience to Google the “Farffenfleiffer-Iglenhammersmoot Foundation” to figure out what you do! (You can imagine we here at “Eco-Bags” appreciate simple, straightforward names, no?)

3. They have awesome events. On February 24, 2009 they hosted the Love Wins Gala, an evening featuring a delicious organic dinner, live music, dancing, cupcakes, sparkling wine and a silent auction all celebrating social change leaders and the power of small groups to change the world. The leaders honored that night included Van Jones, Julia Butterfly Hill and Seane Corn. Learn more about these incredible social catalysts on the Engage Network site.

ECOBAGS was happy to provide 50 Make Love Not Carbon bags for the event’s VIP guests. Cupcakes and ECOBAGS at the same time?! Sweet deal!

A small group in action! That snazzy ECOBAG is definitely inspiring social change…I can feel it.
