If you’ve run out of creative projects to do with your kids this summer, here’s a list of a few fun – and eco friendly – one’s I found while perusing pinterest!

  1. Help them to decorate their  reusable lunch bags for the upcoming year, instead of using disposable brown paper bags everyday, (get an organic, canvas one here).

2. Help them decorate their back packs to make them unique & very on trend 😉 Bonus if you upcycle a used one!

3. Decorate old notebooks that have empty pages left in them instead of buying new ones to help save some paper! If your kids are adamant about getting new notebooks, revamp their old ones for your own writing needs!

4. Help them to customize their metallic water bottles, instead of sending them off with plastic water bottles. (this is a more advanced  project, and is probably best if saved for older children).

5. Make some customized pouches for their reusable utensils.
