  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices vary depending on the method of shipment you chose at checkout as well as the weight of the items you have purchased. For any questions regarding your estimated shipping rate please email: info@ecobags.com.

  • Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship all over the world.

  • Anything I need to know about shipping Internationally?

Yes. Shipping costs will vary based on the destination, weight and size of your order. We do our best to calculate your shipping online but it’s not always accurate. Our warehouse will review your order to confirm shipping. If an adjustment needs to be made,  we will always get your approval before charging your card. Please note we cannot be held responsible for orders that get held up in customs.

  • What are normal delivery/production times?

The normal turnaround for a custom printed item is about three weeks from time of art-work and placement approval. The turnaround time for a made-to-order item varies from 2-4 months, depending on your order.   • Do you offer discounts?

We are unable to offer discounts on any custom made or printed bag.

  • Are the bags washable?

Our ECOBAGS® branded bags are washable, but have not been preshrunk. They should be washed in cold water and laid flat to dry.

  • Where are the products manufactured?

Our ECOBAGS® totes are designed in New York and have been responsibly sourced and made in India since 1992. We are a certified BCorporation with certifications for the highest standards of social and environmental requirements. The majority of our custom printing is done right here in the USA. If you are interested in buying a made in USA product, please check out our ECOTEC-101 or ask about Made-to-Order custom options.

  • Do your bags come in different colors?

We offer our stock items in a natural canvas color, or dyed black. Our string bags come in a variety of 14 colors! If you are interested in ordering our bags in a different color, please visit our MTO page.

  • How do I order custom printed bags at wholesale?

  • I’ve never heard of an outlined, vector file. What do I do?

Check with the person who designed your logo or original art  file.  They should be able to provide you with an outlined, vector file. If your designer is unable to provide you with this file we may be able to convert the file at a nominal cost.

  • What is a Pantone color?

The Pantone Color Matching System is largely a standardized color reproduction system. By standardizing the colors, different manufacturers in different locations can all refer to the Pantone system to make sure colors match without direct contact with one another. (Credit: Wikipedia)

  • What is the minimum order?

For custom printed bags our minimum quantity is 30 bags. If you are ordering a made-to-order item, the minimum ranges from 1500 – 3000 bags. Please feel free to email sales@ecobags.com  or call us at 800.720.2247 for further information.

  • What are your artwork requirements?

For custom printed items you will need to provide us with an outlined vector file with Pantone Solid Coated inks. If you are ordering a made-to-order item that includes custom printing, we will need an outlined vector file with Pantone Solid Uncoated inks.

  • Can I use a specific PMS color in my logo?

Yes, please provide Pantone Solid Coated Color # for best match.

  • Will I see a final proof?

Once order is placed and the deposit is received, we will provide a digital mock up of your artwork for final approval of size and placement prior to production.

  • Do you have a setup fee?

We charge a set-up fee of $35 per color for all first time print  jobs under a quantity of 1,000. The fee is waived for quantities of 1,000+. The fee is $10 per color for all reprints.
